We are seeking a skilled Microwave Technician with hands\-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Nokia microwave systems. This field\-based role supports wireless backhaul deployments and troubleshooting for high\-capacity transport networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, align, and commission Nokia microwave radios and antennas.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and upgrades on live networks.
Interpret link budgets, path calculations, and network diagrams.
Document work, generate closeout packages, and ensure compliance with customer standards.
Follow all safety protocols, including climbing and RF exposure guidelines.
Qualifications:
\+ years of microwave installation experience; Nokia preferred.
Proficient with test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, BER testers).
Strong understanding of IP/Ethernet transport and backhaul systems.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
Tower climbing certification a plus.
