Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a CX data strategy
- Define KPIs and implement data collection processes
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior
- Use customer segmentation for insights
- Oversee UX research and manage usability testing
- Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Report on retail and eCommerce KPIs
- Prepare business requirements and project plans

Requirements
- Completion of post-secondary education in a related area of study
- 3+ years of experience at a leadership level in analytics and research
