  • Responsible for Production start-up, including room set-up and equipment adjustment
  • Ensuring a safe work environment for employees, customers and visitors
  • Accountable for the effective utilization of company resources
  • Accountable for Safe Work Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Monitoring employees' compliance with GMP and HACCP practices
  • Responsible for work schedules, including holidays and rotations
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience
  • Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written
  • Ability to use company computer and software applications
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and WHMIS
  • Proven experience managing the team within company guidelines

    Monitoring of employees to ensure they are complying with GMP and HAACP practices.

  • Skills, Abilities and Qualifications
    Must demonstrate strong leadership and team building skills.
    Must have a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
    Ability to communicate in English \

  • Ability to use company computer and software applications.
    Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (HAzard Analysis Critical Control Point) and WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System).
    Proven experience with the ability to manage the team within the guidelines provided through Collective Agreement Terms \& Conditions and Company Policies, Procedures \& Guidelines.
