  • Analyze raw material, container, freight and warehouse costs
  • Receive and analyze price requests from the sales force

    POSITION SUMMARY: Calculates cost and margin analysis, maintains pricing database, creates all company price quotes and price lists in support of the Product Managers, NetSuite and Sales Managers.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Pricing
    · Analyze raw material, container, freight and warehouse costs on an ongoing basis and maintain a cost of goods database.
    · Receive and analyze all price requests from the field sales force and produce standard costing for each.
    · Approve all price requests at list price.
    · Complete the price request form for non\-list requests and send to the product manager for approval.
    · Produce and Send price quotations for all price requests and general price changes.
    · Maintain and issue the price lists for all products as required by the market place and Product Manager.
    · Maintain the database of all customer prices and list prices in the order management system.
    · Audit and validate the data integrity of the order management system so that it accurately produces and sends price quotations and lists to customers and the sales force.
    · Analyze and interpret sales, cost and pricing information to produce relevant reports as directed.
    · Manage the database(s) of product information and competitive products.
    · Compose and send various types of communications to customers as necessary.
    · Respond to and follow up sales inquiries as required by Product Managers using appropriate methods.
    · Compile relevant sales information by products for all vendor sponsored rebate programs at the direction of Product Managers monthly or quarterly based on Vendors program guidelines.
    · Collaborate with Quality Manager for all updates to quality procedures relating to this position.
    · Performs all other related duties, as assigned.
