  • Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess suitability based on driving history, availability, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential driver contractors to meet market-specific coverage needs.
  • Coordinate background checks, vehicle documentation, training material distribution, and onboarding schedules.
  • Build strong relationships with new contractors to ensure successful integration and retention.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on progress to management.
Requirements
  • Experience in recruiting, driver dispatch, logistics coordination, or fleet management preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with contract workforces and gig economy recruiting is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to use applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities
