    You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the Genesis and Market\-wide Half Hourly Settlement programmes by developing and delivering clear, engaging, and timely communications to impacted internal stakeholders across the business. This role will be responsible for translating complex programme updates and change initiative into accessible messaging that informs, involves, and inspires colleagues at all levels.
    Working closely with the Business Readiness Leads, Training and Development Team, and wider programme teams, you will contribute to the creation and execution of the communications plan that align with the Business Readiness strategy. This includes crafting content for a variety of channels, such as newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, town halls, and video scripts – ensuring consistency of tone, clarity of message, and alignment with programme objectives.
    You'll be a strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills, a creative style across all mediums, a keen eye for details, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment! A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement will be essential to ensure communications are well received and support colleagues through change.

    What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
    Proven experience in an internal communications role, ideally within a similar organisational context;
    Demonstrated ability to design and implement internal communications strategies and plans, particularly in support of change and transformation programmes;
    Skilled in developing engaging internal communications materials across a variety of channels and formats;
    Experience working closely with senior leaders and cross\-functional teams to gather insights and ensure alignment of messaging;
    Proficient in using a range of internal communications tools, performance measurement techniques, surveys and platforms to deliver impactful messaging and gain feedback.
