    Job Summary
    We are looking for a Skilled Plumbers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have in\-depth knowledge of plumbing systems and a proven ability to perform 1st \& 2nd Fix across this project projects. Experience with plant rooms, MEV (Mechanical Extract Ventilation), and MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) systems, including ducting, copper crimping is essential. This role requires technical expertise, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    Key Responsibilities
    Strip out of existing pipework throughout the property
     Measure, cut and fit pipework as per technical drawings using either manual or automatic crimping tools
    Carry out full 1st \& 2nd Fix installation throughout the property using a variety of hand and power tools.
     Install and commission plant rooms, MEV systems, MVHR systems, 3 technical cupboards throughout the property, and associated ducting.
    Have experience copper crimping pipework 15 \-65mm.
     Adhere to health and safety standards at all times while on\-site.
    Collaborate with other trades, including carpenters and electricians, to complete projects efficiently.
     Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
    Required Skills and Qualifications
    Solid understanding of plumbing systems, including advanced installations.
     Proficiency in plumbing techniques, including pipework assembly and installation.
    Own tools , including crimper
     Knowledge and hands\-on experience with MEV/MVHR systems and plant rooms.
    Basic mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
     Skilled in welding (desirable) and the use of relevant tools and equipment.
    Physically capable of heavy lifting and working in confined spaces when required.

    Pay: £200\.00\-£240\.00 per day
