    Responsibilities
    Develop and implement individualized learning plans that align with the Montessori curriculum.
    Create a welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence.
    Educate children through hands\-on activities, promoting critical thinking and problem\-solving skills.
    Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
    Maintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities using computerized systems.
    Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
