Responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Define and track KPIs for conversion rates, adoption, and product usage.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes for new reports.
• Manage delivery in JIRA, aligning developers, analysts, and business partners.
• Develop and maintain self-service dashboards using Amazon QuickSight.
• Analyze data using SQL, Excel, QuickSight, and Mixpanel.
• Support implementation and rollout of Mixpanel for user journey tracking.
• Track progress and deliver analytics initiatives on schedule.
• Present findings to executives and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in SaaS or tech environments.
• Proven skills gathering and documenting requirements, defining KPIs, and building reports.
• Hands-on experience managing complex work in JIRA or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and team collaboration tools.
