- MAJOR OBJECTIVES:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role involves providing strategic direction in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development. This role would also focus on optimizing business operations, enhancing efficiency, and identifying areas where systems, workflows, or processes can be improved.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Employee Relations:
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues.
Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions.
Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
Performance Management:
Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
Oversee the employee review process, ensuring it is fair and effective.
Provide coaching and training to managers on performance feedback and development.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and create or source appropriate learning and development opportunities for employees.
Promote continuous professional development by facilitating training sessions and workshops.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records, process HR paperwork, and handle employee transitions (e.g., onboarding, offboarding).
Ensure employee timecards are filled out
Process Analysis and Mapping:
Analyze existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Process Redesign:
Work closely with stakeholders to redesign processes that align with organizational goals, ensuring smoother operations and improved productivity.
PREREQUISITES:
2-4 years previous HR experience.
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Self starter who is able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
