Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and collaborative working sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyze and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Document use-case & process flows for current and proposed processes.
• Support project lifecycle activities including planning, testing, implementation, and post-deployment reviews.
• Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with data engineers, BI developers, and data scientists to define data requirements.
• Analyze existing data sources, systems, and reporting tools to identify gaps.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and reporting inventories.
• Validate data outputs and ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data or BI-focused projects.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot).
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business language.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA)
