- HR Manager
- • $110,000.00 per year Benefits:
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for helping to create the HR Department.
Daily responsibilities forrecruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.
Position Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, managing performance, and overseeing disciplinary actions.
Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
Payroll and Compensation: Managing payroll processing, salary adjustments, and other compensation-related tasks.
Employee Records: Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
· HS & College Career Fairs and recruiting.
Required Skills/Experience:
· HS Diploma or GED is required. Associates' or Bachelor's degree preferred.
· 2 + years Human Resources experience, particularly in areas of recruitment, employee relations, and benefits.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are required.
· Experience starting up an HR department is desired.
