    Job Overview
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage HR initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture.
    Duties
    Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
    Manage the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
    Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
    Ensure compliance with OSHA, and other employment and labor laws.
    Handle employee relations issues and conflict management to maintain a harmonious work environment.
    Conduct performance evaluations and support training \& development initiatives for staff.
    Lead organizational design efforts to optimize workforce effectiveness.
    Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and succession planning initiatives.
    Manage workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
    Facilitate communication across departments to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    Skills
    Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices.
    Proficient in employment \& labor law, including OSHA regulations.
    Excellent negotiation skills for resolving conflicts and managing contracts.
    Proven experience in talent management, including recruiting and succession planning.
    Ability to supervise teams effectively while promoting a collaborative environment.
    Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in program management.
    Strong communication skills for presentations and interpersonal interactions at all levels of the organization.
    Familiarity with various HR technologies \
