    Adventure365 is currently seeking a Full\-time Run Specialist! A Run Specialist is all about being the champion of running. You’ll take the lead in everything run\-related, from driving sales to inspiring the running community. With your passion and energy, you’ll create exceptional customer experiences that make every runner feel supported, motivated, and excited to hit the road or trail.

    A passionate runner actively involved in our local run scene

    Strong customer service and sales skills

     Flexible availability, including days, weekends, and occasional evenings

    Lead the way in all things run at Adventure365
     Deliver exceptional sales and customer service experiences
    Manage inventory to ensure we have the right products for our customers
     Manage merchandising to ensure our run department looks sharp
    Assist with planning and implementing run\-specific events
     Work closely with the Store Manager to grow our run business

    Qualifications and Skills:
     Have the need to succeed

    Available to work evenings and weekends
     Passionate about Ski, Snowboard, Bike and/or Run
    Enjoy challenges and rewards
     Display strong verbal/ written communication skills
    Possess proven sales experience and demonstrated success
     Highly motivated and able to work without supervision
