Job Overview
We're hiring proactive Customer Service Agents to support technicians in the field by calling customers when delays arise. Youβll notify customers if a technician is running behind and provide them with updated ETAs using real\-time information from FSM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Confirm technician status and estimate of delay
Call affected customers to inform them of the delay and offer support/rescheduling if needed
Record call details, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM system
Communicate with dispatch and technicians when necessary
Maintain professionalism and a customer\-first approach on every call
Work Schedule
We operate 7 days a week to support field teams across Canada. Agents are assigned staggered weekly shifts for full coverage:
Weekdays (MonβFri): 7:00 AM β 8:00 PM
Weekends (SatβSun): 8:00 AM β 6:00 PM
10\-13 hour shifts (4 days working \
FSM Access (Field Service Management)
CRM / Call Tracking System
Access to filtered dashboards, customer records, technician status, and ETA data
What Weβre Looking For
