Responsibilities

• Work as a liaison among stakeholders to understand objectives, policies, and operations
• Partnering with SBA to create business cases for new initiatives
• Responsible for the development of business requirements for IT solutions
• Facilitate and prepare requirements gathering sessions
• Improve business processes by defining existing and new processes
• Contribute to UAT & SIT testing
• Support project planning and monitoring activities

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree or 3+ years related experience in Business Analysis
• Experience gathering business requirements
• Business process reengineering
• Process mapping
• Application testing
• Ability to prototype and/or process map at the requirements stage
• Ability to complete detailed business requirements documents
• Ability to resolve conflict between functional groups
