Responsibilities
  • Install surveillance cameras at designated locations.
  • Mount cameras securely on walls, ceilings, poles, or exterior structures.
  • Run and terminate low-voltage cabling for IP and analog cameras.
  • Connect cameras to DVRs, NVRs, switches, or POE devices.
  • Configure camera settings, including resolution and motion detection.
  • Set up and test DVR/NVR systems, network connections, and remote viewing access.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in using power tools, heavy equipment, and other construction machinery.
  • Knowledge of cabinet installation techniques and electrical systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction painting methods and materials.
  • Ability to read schematics accurately for effective project execution.
  • Experience in concrete forming processes is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license may be required based on job site location.

    Job Overview
    We are seeking a skilled and reliable Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and the ability to work independently on various projects. This role requires proficiency in using power tools and heavy equipment, as well as experience in multiple aspects of construction, including cabinet installation, electrical work, and concrete forming. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for delivering high\-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.
    Duties
    Install surveillance cameras (IP, analog, PTZ, dome, bullet, etc.) at designated locations.
     Mount cameras securely on walls, ceilings, poles, or exterior structures.
    Run and terminate low\-voltage cabling (e.g., Cat5e/Cat6 for IP cameras, coax for analog).
     Connect cameras to DVRs, NVRs, switches, or POE (Power over Ethernet) devices.
    Configure camera settings including resolution, frame rate, motion detection, and night vision.
     Set up and test DVR/NVR systems, network connections, and remote viewing access (mobile or desktop).
    Requirements
    Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
     Proficiency in using power tools, heavy equipment, and other construction machinery.
    Knowledge of cabinet installation techniques and electrical systems is preferred.
