Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
  • Develop and maintain database designs to support business operations
  • Create ETL processes to ensure accurate data flow between systems
  • Utilize SQL for data querying and reporting
  • Conduct business analysis to assess current practices and identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Manage projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of database design principles and ETL processes
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, particularly Agile
  • Experience with SQL for data manipulation and reporting
  • Knowledge of VBA is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
