    Responsibilities:
    ο‚· Collaborate with Head of department to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
    ο‚· Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards) and offline channels (e.g. networking events,references) and opening positions with agencies.
    ο‚· Screen resumes and job applications
    ο‚· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
    ο‚· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
    ο‚· Coordination with HODs for interviews.
    ο‚· Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated ο‚· Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
    ο‚· Provide analytical and well\-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
    ο‚· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
