Responsibilities

• review and validate the completeness and accuracy of investigator case files
• conduct independent research and analysis to verify risk factors
• provide constructive, standardized qualitative feedback to investigators
• evaluate investigator cases against established qa core competencies
• ensure appropriate corrections are made for all issued qa exceptions
• maintain a deep understanding of aml typologies
• collaborate with internal teams to promote synergy
• stay abreast of changes in bsa/aml regulations
• meet or exceed production goals and quality benchmarks

Requirements

• strong working knowledge of bsa/aml laws and industry best practices
• excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills
• ability to work independently and manage priorities
