Responsibilities
  • oversee the HART Hub’s Walk-in Clinic
  • lead the development and implementation of clinic policies
  • manage day-to-day clinical operations of the clinic
  • lead recruitment and onboarding of staff
  • manage staff performance and conduct reviews
  • provide leadership in managing client encounters
  • contribute to annual planning processes and quality improvement initiatives
  • ensure health equity principles are integrated in operations
Requirements
  • minimum of 5 years of management and clinical staff supervision experience
  • undergraduate degree from a recognized university in a healthcare discipline preferred
  • clinical experience in a healthcare or community setting with a focus on substance use health and mental health
  • experience building cohesive multidisciplinary teams
  • understanding of systemic barriers to care for marginalized individuals
  • demonstrated knowledge of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion principles
  • exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • experience in policy and medical directive development
  • experience with program planning and performance measurement
  • proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps
  • ability to handle competing priorities
  • bilingual preferred (English/French), other languages an asset
