- Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Manager to support our human resources, recruiting and payroll functions. This role requires a candidate with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be involved with all HR and PR related activities to ensure a smooth and productive workplace environment for a growing construction company.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Generalist Duties:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and benefits data.
Handle HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, policies, and compliance forms.
Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, claims, and inquiries.
Assist in efficient Payroll processing.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in office management and human resources generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
QuickBooks experience is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
