- Attend meetings on her behalf and follow up on key actions.
- Support operational projects, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.
- Provide administrative support, from document preparation to meeting coordination.
- Liaise with internal and external contacts, acting as a reliable and approachable first point of contact.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative or PA/assistant role, ideally supporting senior management.

You’ll be working closely with the Head of Operations, ensuring she has the support she needs to oversee multiple businesses and projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys problem\-solving, and wants to be at the centre of a busy, impactful operation.
