Responsibilities

• Research and analyze the market to understand customer needs and pain points
• Assist in defining product strategy to support business goals and market opportunities
• Support the building and management of product roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales to build and launch successful products
• Support the product through its full lifecycle, using best practices
• Use metrics and KPIs to track product performance and guide improvements or decisions
• Communicate product launches and phase-out processes
• Share product knowledge and support teammates when needed

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in industrial applications
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Strong communication, analytical, and prioritization skills
• Ability to present complex ideas clearly to different teams and stakeholders
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent English skills to communicate with international clients
