    VMG is seeking a mission\-driven Project Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day execution of a national HRSA\-funded initiative involving the planning, coordination, and delivery of over 225 annual site visits and technical assistance (TA) engagements for Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients. The Project Manager will be responsible for contract operations, staff assignments, deadlines, deliverables, and budget managementβ€”ensuring full compliance with HRSA requirements.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    The Project Manager will:
    Manage project timelines, staffing assignments, deliverables, and internal workflows
    Coordinate task execution across consultant teams and technical leads
    Track contract performance metrics, deadlines, and submission schedules
    Manage the project budget, resource allocation, and cost monitoring
    Support internal quality control reviews of deliverables before submission
    Serve as the primary operational liaison to HRSA for scheduling and reporting
    Supervise the Project Coordinator and support consultant onboarding logistics
    Primary Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:
    Oversee cross\-functional task execution using Smartsheet and SharePoint systems
    Lead regular coordination calls with HRSA and internal teams
    Ensure all contract activities align with HRSA’s compliance and performance standards
    Monitor risk, escalate issues, and support continuous improvement
    Education and/or Experience
    Required:
    Bachelor’s degree in public health, administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
    Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex federal public health contracts
    Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint)
    Strong organizational, budgeting, and compliance tracking skills
    Preferred:
    Familiarity with HRSA, RWHAP, or HIV\-related technical assistance programs
