Responsibilities
  • develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives
  • oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training & development
  • partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and drive effective talent acquisition

    Requirements
    Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    At least 5โ€“7 years of progressive HR experience, with 2โ€“3 years in a managerial capacity.
    Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and regulations.
    Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
