Responsibilities

• Conduct plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and ensuring water systems operate efficiently.
• Handle electrical repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with safety codes and standards.
• Execute painting tasks and minor renovations to maintain the aesthetic standards of our properties.
• Program and maintain Onity key card systems, ensuring functionality and security for guest access.

Requirements

• Expertise in PTAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and rebuild units independently.
• Familiarity with Onity key card systems, including programming and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform tasks in various environments.
