  • The HR Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Human Resources to deliver an exceptional employee experience, provide practical guidance to managers, and help build a world\-class HR function. The ideal candidate will balance tactical execution with strategic planning, thrive in a fast\-paced and evolving environment, and bring a proactive mindset to improving processes, strengthening culture, and supporting leadership growth.

    Essential Functions
    Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
    Manage full\-cycle recruitment from posting to offer.
    Partner with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies.
    Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth and engaging start.
    Employee Relations \& Performance Management
    Support managers with performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
    Conduct investigations and consult on complex employee matters.
    Oversee offboarding, including exit interviews and documentation.
    Training \& Development Deliver compliance and safety training for all employees.
    Implement programs to build leadership and career growth.
    Compensation, Benefits \& Leave Administration Review pay practices and advise on compensation decisions.
    Administer benefits, open enrollment, and ACA compliance.
    Manage leave programs and ADA accommodations.
    HR Operations \& Process Improvement
    Maintain compliant HR policies and reporting.
    Respond to legal requests and represent company in hearings.
    Track HR metrics and analyze data to support strategy.
    Qualifications 8 \
  • • 10 years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
    Proven ability to coach and advise managers at all levels
    Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
    HR certification (PHR, SHRM\-CP) preferred
    Experience with HR systems such as Paylocity and Employee Navigator is a plus
    Salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 annually
