    Job Description:
    Parsons is looking for a talented Project/Product Manager to join our growing team! In this role you will manage customer requirements and to provide technical oversight to a broad team of developers creating a complex set of software and hardware solutions.
    What You'll Be Doing :
    Provide leadership, technical expertise, and project management to meet customer requirements
    Manage the development and delivery of software and hardware product releases and updates according to customer delivery schedule
    Communicate with stakeholders and guide and evaluate deliverables
    What Required Skills You'll Bring :
    Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    8+ years of experience in software development or software development management
    Experience developing or managing development on DoD programs
    Experience developing work plans and milestones based on customer requirements
    Knowledge of and familiarity with secure software development life cycle, principles and standards
    Experience working with small to medium enterprise business solutions beyond the standard development role.
    Familiarity with the CI/CD concepts, practice and implementation


    What Desired Skills You'll Bring :
    Experience with implementing enterprise business solutions utilizing Agile methodologies, DevSecOps tools, AWS / GCP cloud native services, COTS solutions, Emerging technologies, Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering, Enterprise IT Operations
    * Knowledge of or experience with modeling and simulation tools
    Security Clearance Requirement:
    An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
