    About the Role
    We’re seeking a sharp, reliable Client Success \& Operations Coordinator to support our growing marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys juggling details, supporting clients, and keeping projects moving behind the scenes. You’ll help with onboarding, quality control, reporting, and coordination with our offshore team. You’ll also pitch in on internal projects like marketing and proposal support.
    This is a mostly remote position, but we’re looking for someone based in the Colorado Front Range area (ideally near Boulder, Broomfield, or Denver) for occasional in\-person check\-ins or working sessions.
    Key Responsibilities
    Coordinate client onboarding, ensuring forms, access, and project info are gathered and organized
    Review deliverables for accuracy and professionalism before sending to clients
    Collaborate with our India\-based production team to track and manage tasks
    Prepare and send monthly client reports using templates and performance data
    Support internal initiatives like marketing campaigns, CRM updates, and proposal creation
    Document and improve processes to increase agency efficiency
    Communicate professionally with clients as needed
    Directly support and communicate with the owner to keep tasks and timelines on track
    Other activities as needed to support new projects and evolving needs
    Qualifications
    Required:
    Strong organizational and time\-management skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication
    Self\-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently
    Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic CRM platforms
    Based in the Colorado Front Range (Boulder, Broomfield, or Denver area)
    Preferred:
    Hands\-on experience with Google Business Profiles (GBP): setup, optimization, and management
    Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
    Familiarity with local SEO or online reputation platforms
    Experience working with offshore or remote teams
    Ability to write or polish light client\-facing content (emails, reports, proposals)
    Compensation \& Hours
    $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
    20–25 hours/week to start, with potential to grow into full\-time
    W\-2 employee, paid biweekly
    Mostly remote with occasional in\-person meetings
