SiftMed is looking for a motivated and results\-driven individual with a relentless curiosity to discover new opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the challenge of finding and engaging new prospects, and who is eager to make an impact from day one. Youβre passionate about setting and exceeding targets, identifying decision\-makers, and continuously improving your approach to drive results. If youβre excited to collaborate with a high\-energy team, develop effective strategies, and hold yourself accountable for success, then this role is for you.
What you will be doing:
Be the first point of contact with new prospects and understand their needs to plan the best next steps.
Reach out to new prospective customers confidently, engaging them through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Quickly identify key decision\-makers and build relationships that move the sales process forward.
Drive outbound activity to generate interest and convert leads, with a focus on results.
Manage a pipeline of accounts, uncovering challenges that SiftMed can help solve, particularly in the legal and medical file review sectors.
Work closely with the sales team to prioritize prospects and create new deal opportunities.
Use lead generation and CRM tools to track activities, keeping an eye on metrics and optimizing your approach.
Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) targets.
Here are our prerequisites:
A strong drive to achieve and exceed targets, with a proven ability to meet and surpass goals.
A knack for building rapport quickly and understanding a prospect's needs.
Detail\-oriented with a focus on execution and getting things done.
Fearless in reaching out to individuals at all levels, including decision\-makers and C\-suite executives.
A proactive mindset with an eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve your approach.
It would be great if you have experience in:
Prospecting and driving top\-of\-the\-funnel activity.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or other business development tools (but not required).
Knowledge of the medical, insurance, or legal industries (an asset, but not a must).
