White Lodge enables those with disabilities, their families, and their carers to lead fulfilling lives.
Supporting over 1,200 people across Surrey each year, we offer a diverse range of services for all ages and abilities.
Our wonderful site in Chertsey houses three specialist buildings, each with great facilities and services. These include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, a specialist nursery, hydrotherapy, holiday clubs, personal support in the home, short breaks, fitness and rehabilitation. We also offer many activities such as trips out, art, baking, swimming, and much more!
Our centres are run by a team of 150 dedicated staff members, alongside a highly committed group of trustees, volunteers, funders, and supporters.
We are now looking for Treetops Support Workers to join us on a permanent basis. We have both full\-time (36 hours per week) and part\-time (minimum of 20 hours per week) contracts available, including job share opportunities. All roles require availability to work every other weekend and at least one split shift per week.

The Role
As a Treetops Support Worker, you will provide personalised care and support to children and young people, helping them to develop independence, life skills and confidence.
You will plan and lead engaging activities, support each child’s communication needs, and work proactively towards their individual goals and outcomes.
Delivering personal and healthcare support, you will ensure comfort, dignity and safety through administering medication, assisting with mobility, and preparing meals that cater to dietary needs.
