    Overview:
    We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven Admissions Recruiter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying enrollment opportunities for our client. The recruiter will promote the institution’s programs, and represent the organization at recruitment events and outreach activities.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Proactively recruit prospective students through outbound communication (phone, email, in\-person visits, virtual events, etc.).
    Build relationships with parents, school counselors, and community organizations to promote awareness of admissions opportunities.
    Attend and represent the organization at recruitment events, community gatherings, and other events.
    Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to support outreach campaigns and promotional initiatives.
    Help develop and execute strategic plans to meet enrollment goals.
    Qualifications:
    1–3 years of experience in recruiting, or a customer service\-related role.
    Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
    Ability to travel locally or regionally as needed for recruitment events.
    Strong relationship builder.
    Preferred Skills:
    Familiarity with the school’s target population and geographic recruitment areas.
    Comfort presenting to both small and large audiences.
