    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Product Manager to assist in the development and management of healthcare products that improve patient outcomes, streamline clinical operations, and support value\-based care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience in product management by working with a supportive and cross\-functional team, including clinicians, engineers, and operational stakeholders.


    The ideal candidate is curious, detail\-oriented, and eager to learn. You will help document requirements, perform user research, coordinate project timelines, and support day\-to\-day product operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in a mission\-driven healthcare environment.

    Responsibilities

    Product Strategy Support

    Assist with documenting and refining product requirements and business needs
    Help research trends in healthcare and technology to inform product planning
    Participate in product discovery sessions and help synthesize user feedback
    Support internal documentation of product goals, features, and metrics
    Product Development

    Help define and maintain product backlog items including user stories and acceptance criteria
    Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT coordination
    Track progress of product development tasks and ensure timelines are met
    Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to support product delivery
    Stakeholder Engagement

    Work with cross\-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and validate product needs
    Help conduct user interviews and translate findings into actionable insights
    Support meeting preparation and follow\-up including documentation and communication
    Data \& Reporting

    Collect and organize product usage data and user feedback
    Assist in basic reporting on key metrics and performance indicators
    Use insights to identify minor issues or optimization opportunities
    General Product Operations

    Maintain product documentation and records in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet
    Support development of training and internal communications for product releases
    Collaborate with senior product managers to support execution of the product roadmap
    Qualifications

    Required

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    5 years of experience in a healthcare, technology, product, or business analyst role
    Familiarity with product management concepts and lifecycle
    Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow\-through
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Interest in healthcare and improving patient outcomes
    Preferred

    Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
    Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet
    Understanding of value\-based care, clinical workflows, or healthcare data is a plus
    * Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast\-paced environment
