    We are a small, friendly, growing security equipment installation company and we are looking for an admin/office assistant to work Monday to Friday \.am to pm.
    Salary to be discussed and is very much depending on experience.
    We are a small friendly company and we are looking for someone who is willing to get stuck in with a variety of tasks
    ordering parts as requested by engineers
    organizing jobs for the engineers
    invoicing, keeping track of incoming payments, overall accounts
    updating vehicle details and keeping on top of organising MOTs
    logging fuel costs
    tracking staff hours of work and holidays to update payroll at the end of each month
    filing
    being the main point of contact for the office should any visitors call in
    other general duties
    Training will be give on in house systems.
    There is on site parking available
