    Advanced Fiber Products is seeking a passionate Human Resources Manager to be a part of the Advanced Fiber Products leadership team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at building relationships, and brings a mix of creativity and strategic thinking to HR functions. This position will work closely with leadership team to meet evolving workforce needs and support a positive employee experience.
    The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills who can effectively manage employee relations and support organizational growth.
    Duties
    Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
    Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
    Works closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
    Responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organizations business goals.
    Lead managers through complex employee relations issues and maintaining appropriate documentation throughout
    Responsible for payroll inputs and assist with the bi\-weekly hourly and salary payroll processing and verification.
    Engage in regular collaborative communication with the hiring managers on open requisitions.
    Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations such as FMLA and affirmative action planning.
    Administer all employee benefits, including the annual benefits enrollment process, healthcare changes, healthcare related claims, insurance verification letters, leave of absence, paid time off, and retirement benefits.
    Conduct regular employee evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
    Maintain accurate employee records through data entry and management systems.
    Collaborate with management to develop HR policies that align with organizational goals.
    Stay updated on employment labor laws to ensure organizational compliance.
    Ability to work off\-shift hours occasionally to support the various weekday and weekend shifts.

    Experience
    Proven experience in Human Resources management or a related field is essential.
    Strong knowledge of employee evaluation processes, benefits administration, and training development.
    Current knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive employee relations.
    Experience in affirmative action planning and understanding of FMLA regulations is advantageous.
    Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
