What will you do?
Under general direction assists Infrastructure Specialist II (IS2) at assigned Developmental Centers (DC) and/or offices, image computing services, salvage, and general IT work. Assist with troubleshooting networking issues; take direction from IS2 pertaining to IT coverage at the facility and assist with DC requests through ServiceNow tickets.
Attends meetings & take notes when needed; performs other duties as assigned within scope of the internship.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university
Preferred Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree program: Information Technology.
Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
Experience with collecting & analyzing data is a plus
Supplemental Information Rate of pay is based upon student's academic status
This position is year round (this position is NOT limited to a semester)
Unusual Working Conditions: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
