    About the Role
    The HR Manager is responsible for shaping and leading the company's people strategy, ensuring that talent initiatives align with organizational goals and foster a strong culture. This role oversees all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, professional development, and employee engagement while driving initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
    In This Role, You'll Get To
    Develop and lead the overall people and talent strategy in alignment with organizational goals
    Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and retention
    Create and implement programs that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and career growth
    Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
    Lead learning and development initiatives to build leadership capability and strengthen organizational performance
    Build and refine company policies, practices, and processes to support scalability and efficiency
    Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and managers on people\-related matters
    Looking For People Who Have
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
    5\+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in talent management, people operations, or organizational development
    Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices across recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship\-building skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
