Responsibilities

• Support managers in strategic planning and performance management
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations
• Administer recruitment processes including resume evaluation and candidate interviews
• Participate in the development of compensation structures and salary adjustments
• Manage benefits programs
• Collaborate in labor relations management and collective agreements negotiation
• Analyze training needs and implement development plans
• Set up and monitor performance indicators for HR efficiency
• Participate in department budgeting
• All other related tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations
• At least 15 years' experience as an HR generalist or HR business partner, with 5 years in a management role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
• Experience in a unionized environment
• Initiative, autonomy, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strong work ethic
