Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close cycle, including journal entries and key account reconciliations
• Assist in the development and improvement of the ERP system
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance
• Prepare responses to audit requests
• Support special projects and process improvements

Requirements

• Possess or actively pursuing Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)
• Ability to perform advanced data analysis with MS Excel/Power BI
• Experience using Oracle is an asset
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, decision-making, judgment, and problem-solving skills
• Strong business acumen
• Previous experience working with or for the Government of Canada is an asset
• Experience in Defence and Aerospace industries is an asset
• Ability to hold a Government of Canada Security Clearance (Secret level) and Controlled Goods Clearance
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Strong oral and written English language capabilities
• Fluency in French is an asset
