Responsibilities

• Define a compelling product vision and strategy
• Adopt a structured approach to identify problems and break them down
• Facilitate technology-led ideas to solve prioritized problems
• Experiment and test ideas using MVPs and prototypes
• Ensure high product quality through user testing
• Create a go-to-market plan
• Define product metrics and track them continuously
• Identify usage patterns and create action plans
• Create a product roadmap
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Product Managers and Analysts

Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience
• At least 6+ years experience in product management in a tech-led company
• Exceptional problem-solving skills based on first principles thinking
• Good understanding of technology
• Familiarity with product management processes such as A/B experimentation
• Experience in managing a direct reporting team of product managers
