    FP&A Analyst – Auburn Hills, MI
    Overview:
    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This position is a great opportunity to grow within the automotive industry, supporting financial planning and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial forecasting, budget development, and variance analysis for multiple entities.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Assist in development and maintenance of financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
    Consolidate and analyze financial data to support management decisions.
    Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
    Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather, interpret, and refine financial information.
    Conduct variance analysis and assist in validating data.
    Contribute to process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
    Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
    Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis.
    Basic understanding of financial statements and performance metrics.
    Experience with financial forecasting, budget development, and variance analysis.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required); experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI or similar platforms) is a plus.
    Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually engaging and informative presentations.
    Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., QAD).
    Eagerness to learn and grow both independently as well as collaboratively.
    High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
    Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
