Responsibilities
  • oversee staff members within the accounting office
  • analyze and organize office/administrative operations and procedures
  • ensure all scheduled accounts are accurate and up-to-date
  • review reconciliations of general ledger accounts
  • perform month-end and year-end closings on time
  • collaborate with all departments
  • perform income and expense analysis
  • maintain a strong internal control environment
  • work with HR/payroll specialists for payroll processing
  • other duties as required
Requirements
  • automotive dealership experience required
  • minimum of 2 years' experience in an Automotive Dealership Office Manager role
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage staff in a fast-paced environment
  • basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Office
