    Job Summary:
    The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR\-related functions within the organization. This includes recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance with labor laws, training and development, and maintaining a positive organizational culture. The HR Manager plays a strategic role in aligning HR practices with business goals.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Recruitment \& Staffing:
    Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    Oversee the entire hiring process including job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
    Employee Relations:
    Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
    Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    Performance Management:
    Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems.
    Provide coaching and support to managers and employees.
    Training \& Development:
    Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
    Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
    Compensation \& Benefits:
    Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.
    Review and recommend compensation adjustments in line with market trends.
    Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
    Maintain HR records and handle audits as necessary.
    HR Strategy \& Planning:
    Collaborate with senior leadership on HR strategies that support business objectives.
    Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management for decision\-making.
