VMG is seeking a detail\-oriented TA Report Editor / Research Analyst to lead the editorial and analytic development of written deliverables under the HRSA Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP). This role is responsible for synthesizing complex consultant findings into high\-quality technical assistance (TA) reports, research briefs, and other documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure that all content is clear, accurate, and aligned with federal expectations.
#Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The TA Report Editor / Research Analyst will:
Edit and refine TA reports, site visit summaries, research briefs, and templates
Ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to plain language and HRSA communication standards
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into compelling, actionable narratives
Analyze TA data and site visit trends to support content development and program planning
#Primary Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:
Collaborate with consultants and technical staff to gather inputs and context
Standardize formatting, language, and structure across deliverables
Track content development timelines and ensure version control
Review and enhance visual presentation of findings, when applicable
#Education and/or Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of four (4\) years of experience in public health writing, federal reporting, or research editing
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or a related field
Experience with HIV TA documentation, grant reporting, or federal HIV program summaries
