Responsibilities

• support our offices, with occasional travel to local firm offices
• provide operational assistance to the it support staff
• document, track, and monitor tasks to ensure timely resolution
• act as a supplemental resource for technology initiatives
• assist management in proactively meeting technology needs
• work closely with members of the it team to complete technology projects
• traveling to other offices as needed

Requirements

• understanding of end-user support in a microsoft environment required - experience a plus
• knowledge of windows 10 and/or windows 11, hardware and the ms office suite
• java, html and sql coding experience a plus
• knowledge of mobile devices, phones, tablets, laptops, etc.
• knowledge of mobile technology including mobile os platforms and hardware functionality
• knowledge of and the ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals
• strong ability to work within a team environment
• strong verbal and written communication skills are imperative
• ability to lift up to 50lbs
• ability to travel to remote offices as needed
