Responsibilities
- Respond to varied staff requests for support and document requests
- Assist with scheduling and travel bookings for the Executive Director
- Help with maintaining office supplies and coordination
- Coordinate technology needs for new hires
- Complete various forms for annual renewals
- Assist with planning staff events and document planning sessions
Requirements
- At least 2 years of administrative or office coordination experience
