About the Role
As a UX Designer, you'll lead the design and optimisation of intuitive, inclusive, and engaging digital learning journeys. You'll work across teams to bring learning to lifeβbalancing creativity with user insight to drive performance and engagement.
You'll also contribute to internal campaigns that embed a culture of continuous development.
Key Responsibilities
Design user\-centric digital learning experiences with a focus on accessibility, usability, and engagement.
Translate insights into UI designs, wireframes, and prototypes that bring learning content and platforms to life.
Lead creative campaigns that promote learning initiatives through storytelling and branding.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the businessβSMEs, instructional designers, and developersβto align solutions to user needs.
Conduct user research and testing to inform and refine your designs.
Turn data into compelling narratives that shape our learning strategy and ecosystem.
What You'll Bring
Strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and visual design work.
Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro.
Experience delivering creative digital campaigns with measurable results.
Ability to run workshops, capture user insights, and work collaboratively.
Interest in learning platforms (e.g., LMS), employee engagement tools, or digital education.
Bonus if you have:
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or responsive design.
Skills in motion design, video, or illustration.
Understanding of inclusive and accessible design principles.

Eligibility
Must have or be able to obtain the right to work in the UK
Willing to travel as required
Degree qualified (2:2 or higher) in UX Design, Digital Media, HCI, Psychology, Communication or a related field. We will also consider work related experience or similar qualifications.
