Responsibilities

• Install new air conditioning units and systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units, providing effective solutions.
• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, thermostats, and electrical wiring.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all work performed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or similar role in the HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, components, and repair techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Computer literacy to manage service records and utilize diagnostic tools effectively.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with phone systems for effective communication within the team and with clients.
• Additional skills in office management, clerical tasks, or medical/dental receptionist duties are a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
