Responsibilities

• oversee all day-to-day HR functions including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
• maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• administer employee records, benefits, and leave programs
• serve as a key resource for staff regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations
• provide guidance to leadership on HR best practices and workforce development
• assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll coordination
• support DEI initiatives
• lead or participate in internal investigations and conflict resolution
• ensure consistent implementation of clinic policies and employee handbook updates

Requirements

• proven experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role
• strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
• excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment
• proficient with HRIS systems and standard office software
